This 3 bedroom renovated Grade II listed cottage in the heart of Cornwall has exposed granite walls, timber beams and an original Cornish range.

The cottage is ideal for a family holiday. It is one end of a terrace of three Cornish traditional cottages, with a large private south facing garden, laid to lawn, with views over the rural Cornish countryside.

With accommodation for six laid out as two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, with a family bathroom there’s plenty of space for everyone.

The cosy living room is at the front of the house with views out into Fore Street.

The room has comfortable sofa and chairs, FreeView TV, and a interesting range of books and guides about the local area.

Snug

At the heart of the cottage sits the original range. Settle down beside this and browse the range of local guide books, or listen to the radio.

Stairs from this area lead up in both directions to either the master bedroom and family bathroom, or to bedrooms 2 and 3.

The spacious kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need for your stay.

There's a washing machine, cooker, fridge and microwave.

There's a good sized table and chairs, and easy access to the large garden.

Master bedroom

The master bedroom is at the rear of the cottage with wonderful views across the large garden and beyond.

There's a comfortable double bed, and plenty of drawers and other storage for your belongings while you stay.

Next to the master bedroom is the family bathroom featuring a full-size bath with shower over.

Bedroom 2 is also a double room, with a comfortable bed, and views across the garden.

There's plenty of hanging space and a range of drawers for your clothes during your stay.

Next to this is bedroom 3 which has twin beds and again, plenty of storage.

Directions

On approaching Hayle on the A30, follow the signs to Penzance (Hayle bypass).

At the next roundabout, take the exit signposted for Penzance.

Continue 400 yards, then take the left-hand turning for St.Erth.

Follow the road until you reach a T-junction, and then turn left into the village of St.Erth.

Just over the bridge, carry straight up on Chapel Hill into Fore Street.

Pass the Star Inn on your right, and the cottage is situated 100 yards on your right.
